Cheap cabin rentals at Lake Tahoe or Big Bear for college students?

Hi so I am looking for a cheap cabin rental for a weekend or a few days or so in either Lake Tahoe or Big Bear. I need a place that will be cheap, fun, and can accommodate up to about 10 people (max). We are trying for January.

Does anyone have any recommendations or websites that i could go to?
