I want to keep my wireless network without using WEP or WPA. instead using some sort of program see below VVV?
I want to use some sort of program that would bring up a login screen when any website in inputed into any web browser and make that 'session' last for 2 hourse. I have seen this done in hotels but i want to do it at home. Also after they have logged in using this screen i would like it to redirect them to a custom page i would make.
Any help is much appreciated.

my friend use wep or wpa. otherwise dont bother is too expensive.
