Can I cuss out my boss off the clock and not get written up?
My district manager has suspended my company discount for a very minor infraction, forgetting to log one of my purchases into a log. He knows I dislike him and is just trying to use me as an example. I know I can't verbally abuse him on the job, but if I see him while I'm off work, can I do so without getting into work-related trouble. I'm not worried about being under a microscope and written up for the smallest things leading to a wrongful termination because:
side note: I can easily file a lawsuit for literally over 1,000 unpaid breaks in the last 2 years.
edit: I don't plan on actually cussing him out, just entertaining the idea and want to know my rights. I'm not going to file the lawsuit as of now because it's a really good discount and I buy A LOT of stuff for my fam and friends. I guess I can file the lawsuit while still employed, hadn't thought of that, but that is another question, so please don't answer it here. 
Well then file the lawsuit instead if it is so easy. I've been in situations where I was mistreated so I decided to go looking for trouble to get them back. Guess who suffers because of it? YOU DO, not your boss. So you cuss him out, what does he care? Just because it isn't while your on the clock doesn't mean you aren't liable.
I would want to get back at him too, but the way you're doing isn't the right way.
If he is going to find something wrong with every little thing you do, then play with him.
If he does something unethical, report it. This is called "whistle-blowing."
If you do it and he fires you for it, then he or the company can get fined majorly. Some companies have been fined up to 10k for punishing whistle-blowers.
