Does anyone have any lodging suggestions for an upcoming trip to Falling Water?
This trip is for my friend's birthday so it has to be somewhere special. We had already picked one out but Newmyer Bed an Breakfast is closing. We want to do something to the point where it will be a memorable trip. Any suggestions?
Depending on what you want to spend, there is Nemacolin Woodlands Resort ( a four star resort) on the high end and the Rustic Cabins at Leber's on the low end. My husband and I have stayed at the one and two room cabins on a few anniversaries and had a good time. They have a fireplace (very romantic!) and kitchen area so you can cook in. Both are located on Rt. 40 about 5-10 minutes from Falling Water. There is also another Frank LLoyd Wright house in Fayette County near Ohiopyle Falls that is open to the public.
