What would a girl from a guy who has a unique place like this?

I'm thinking of a small log cabin 80 square meters backyard. The exterior of the log cabin is woodfinish brown. The exterior of the door also woodfinish brown. The interior walls were painted sky interior is illuminated with a mattress, a futon, a small 22-inch flat screen TV, iPod dock, carpeted floors, heating and air conditioning.
