How can I find property in Margaretville NY that is reasonably priced with utilities all ready run there?
I can retire in 5 years and I'd love to move back home to NY. (I hate living in FL, biggest mistake of my life was allowing my husband to talk me into moving to Tampa....aka "Redneckville") I love the Kingston, Woodstock, Margaretville and Hunter Mtn/Tannersville areas.
I'd like to buy a few acres to put a Log Cabin on in the future, but I don't want to pay a fortune for the property. Anyone have any good ideas?
Find a realtor to help you or go to www.realtor.com and input your criteria to see if there is anything there you like. Also www.forsalebyowner.com or www.byowner.com You can find a lot of stuff for sale if it exists that way. I found my last house on realtor.com. : )
