Log Cabins Kits
I am buying my first house and don't know whether to buy one or build one?
I am only 22 but I own half of a profitable business and make upwards of 55,000 a year (which for my age seems like a lot, I have no car payments or any other payments besides rent and the monthly stuff). My boyfriend makes at least 30,000 a year so between the two of us we make a pretty decent living.
We want to buy a piece of property and build our own house, I am thinking a cabin type maybe a Log Cabin Kit?
Can we afford it? how long would it take? I don't mind living in a nice trailer for a year.
How hard would it be to get the loan?
Am I better off to buy one? We just can't seem to find one we really like.

YOU NEED DO SEPERATE WISH LIST FROM MUST HAVE, AND REMEMBER, THIS IS YOUR FIRST HOME PROBALLY NOT YOUR LAST, AND SOME THINGS YOU CAN CHANGE IN A HOME TO MAKE IT MORE OF WHAT YOU WANT.
