To decide: cabin, mobile or RV?
I have property in northwestern BC (about 60 acres near Terrace). My wife wants a place there that be given more or less the test and refuses to stay in a tent while we do work on the land. What is the alternative least costly: buy a small prefabricated hut and laid on concrete pillars (or other foundations) Buy a mobile phone and drag it over the property? Or buy a motorhome and drive it up then drive back. I'm leaning towards a small prefabricated hut, but would love other ideas. In addition, any idea of how the costs of a concrete foundation slab for a 16x20 booth (is it really necessary?)
Given that an RV can be very expensive at first, although they have resale value after the facts, as well as a vehicle to travel, .. after the fact ... and a tent is not "nothing" proof, LOL, and the cab that could mean, said issues such as plumbing, drainage, electricity ... However, it could become in a guest house ... I would say you have a dillema less ... Smiles. I lived on Bainbridge Island, across the sound from Seattle for a few years before Christ and visited a few times. Probably opt for an RV, (used) and the plan of a generator and a chemical bath. It may still work in construction cabin for use after the house is built, and without knowing its location or municipal codes / zoning in British Columbia, you may ask a local government. Agency. I suspect that could bury the piles, the type of telephone pole to support a cab outside the ground level, but allow an RV almost instant access and a certain level of comfort.
