Installing a low wall inner environment. Want other ideas to finish drywall?
I'm installing a half wall or also known as a knee wall separating the living room of my home office. The walls are 4 "high x 4 feet long, leaving a 5-foot corridor between the two rooms. Have been 2x4 nailed to the post to wooden floors and walls. I have the intention of placing railing / spindles to the top of the wall and then paint the ceiling and balustrade matching color. He knotted pine panels that are stained when the house was built many years ago, along with original wood floors recently refinished and stained ... so a lot of wood. Any idea what might finish the wall out? Mu general decor is rustic and western with brown, burgundy green olive oil, rot iron, tin barn on the office wall of white stone, you get the picture? I just do not want to use cast! BORING!
