Small Log Cabin Plan

What permission do I need for people to stay over in my Log Cabin?
I have a log cabin that I built in my garden and it small enough not to need planning permission. Building control have asked me to fireproof the log cabin and I've done that. We sometimes take on English students over the summer of a couple of weeks at a time and they want to stay in the log cabin. it has no water or toilet, just power and a couple of bed. What permission do I need from the counsel and why do I need permission?
what is this counsel thing and why is it their business?

Small Log Cabin Plan

Plan Your House with Log Cabin
Log cabin hose plans can include plans for a four cornered rustic cabin or a very modern house. They provide information in drawing and detail that result in a well built modern house. You can have a log cabin built in various sizes and designs. Whether you need a small cabin in the mountains or as a permanent residence in town, you will find the plans that suit your needs.
If you are considering drawing up your own plans for a log cabin, there are a few things you must know, such as your needs and wants, which are two different things. Your needs are what you must have and wants are things that you would like to have. You probably know your needs and your budget is prepared for this, but when you're considering your budget you should take into account the wants that you will be getting.
You should first consider a four cornered cabin with four walls and a roof, which is the cheapest form of cabin you can build. Every corner that you add to these four cornered cabins will cost you more money. As for your foundation, you can go with a pier system, but this is only if your local code permits this type of foundation. It is the cheapest foundation that you can build on and costs less than a more expensive crawl space type foundation. When your cabin is built and the landscaping completed, it will not be noticeable either.
Whatever you choose for cabin plans, you will want to keep in mind that the cheapest bid price doesn't always mean you're getting the best deal. By doing this you may be in for some unwanted surprises in the future so keep this in mind as you examine the floor plans for your house. Nobody wants surprises at the end of the day.
