how can i improve my sirius satellite reception?
i've tried all over my house and can't get more than 1 bar when hooking up my starmate replay to my home stereo using the STH2 home kit. i can't mount the antenna outside and run the wire into the house. i'm in the San Francisco bay area so i'm pointing the antenna north/northeast. there's only one room where i can maintain the single bar strength and that's forcing me to connect it to my TV
Satellites need a direct clean path to transmit to the receiver. This means you need the antenna outside, unless sirius has a repeater station somewhere in the area.
