Where I can get a cheap house in Ireland?
I'm looking for a 3-4 bed house with parking, I do not care that his twin, provided it is built brick (not wood frame) I would like to be close to public transport and ideally have a large garden. Just want to consider houses on the south side of Dublin, ideally in D14 or D16. Also I do not want anything built after 1995. Oh, and on up I'm looking to pay around 120k for it. I I imagine it might have some low-ball offers, but with the collapse of the market that shouldn't take too long. Any thoughts on areas in such places. Well, I do not think I will get this month, but I think that by 2010/11 prices you will see the Irish in that region.
I see the Dublin www.daft.ie with a maximum price of € 200k. There was nothing in the range of 3.4 bed for less than € 249,950 in the D16. There was only a property of € 199,950 D14. You could bidding lower to begin with, but I can not see them bite for as low as a maximum. Whether to expand their area of interest, I found several properties in D24, D22 and D11 of € 139,950 upwards. There was also a fire-damaged property from € 80,000. See the site for you. You can find exactly what are looking for, even if it is a different area.
