I just bought my own place today, and I'm very excited about getting to decorate it since I can't decorate in my apartment. I want lots of color. Purples, blues, golds, greens and browns. The problem is I live in a small town, and many home decor stores are not available to me, at least not to suit the taste of a 20 year old girl.
I know about Crate and Barrel, but I was wondering if anyone knew of some more that were reasonable in their prices.
Thanks.

The Great Indoors is awesome! thegreatindoors.com
Hi Britany,
) Happy Decorating!
Congrats on your purchase of your fist home! Decorating can be expensive as you will soon find out. But iyou can get the look you want by being a tad bit creative. I personally do the ‘look for less ‘ in my home for decorating by cyber window shopping. I window shop online at stores such as Neiman Marcus and Pottery Barn. Then back track to online stores such as Overstock, Ikea, Target and Walmart. sometimes Kohls too
IKEA.com / domestications.com / kohls / jc penny /sears?
Here you go
http://www.amazon.com/furniture-decor-rugs-lamps-beds-tv-stands/b/ref=sa_menu_fd6?ie=UTF8&node=1057794&tag=heaandlif55-20
I only know of a Tapestry store that sells wall tapestries and throw blankets and pillows, but the prices start at around $60.
Ikea has some good and affordable furniture. Homegoods.com also has some affordable items. Look at BestWicklessCandles.com for wonderful wickless candle to give your place that awesome fragrance without the health risks of a lead wick or soot.
